REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Custom Gifts Design, every item is made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.

Shop with confidence! Enjoy a 24-hour Golden Period for free order changes or cancellations.

Once production has begun, we will still do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Depending on the production stage, a small processing fee may apply.

30-Day Refund & Replacement Guarantee

For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: receiving a full refund within 30 days from the date of you place or obtaining a replacement when you contact us within 7 days from you received order because of:

- Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.

- Missing items from your order.

- The size, color, or customized item is incorrect per the order placed.

- The product received is significantly different from the approved order details or product description..

We DO NOT offer replacements or refunds for:

-          Design/Size changes requested after receiving the product.

-          Improper care or damages caused post-delivery over a month.

-          The order was undelivered due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery was refused

For refunds, allow time for processing:

- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.­

- Credit card: Up to 10 business days.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, not picking up the packages as requested, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.  Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
